Tenets of Healthy life – I

A list I try to keep in mind from the many recommendations I received to make my life simple and easy amidst all complexities life around pours. :

  • Keep simple diet habits on a regular basis and make it big only once in a while. This is something we can learn from animals, they do not hunt or eat big everyday.
  • Lamely consuming the same feeds (foods) in the same concentrations would cause the body systems to comprehensively inhibit the unnecessary higher concentrations. This inhibition does not come free, it comes with some pain and suffering. So eating foods which are thought to be helpful in the same doses over extended periods should be avoided. Our diet (ingredients, proportions) and recipes have to be regularly modified or modulated.
  • As we load on certain nutrients, nutrients hit plateau too and this gets reflected by different organ systems. It is important to have an observation of these signs and start readjusting the proportions.
  • Nutrients hitting the plateau can be reason behind memory insolvency and chronic fatigue. Grand loads of vegetables can turn out to be a toll on the kidneys and vascular pressure, when the salts and micro-nutrients from vegetables get saturated in our system. Tweaking the dosages of Macro to micro nutrients based on our system, by paying attention and observation to readjust the dosages will be the approach.
  • In Physically and emotionally challenging times and when we know we are not able to manage well, it is better to switch to simple carbohydrate diet. The body may not be able to comprehend the complex ingredients. Simple Carbohydrate diet (SCD) may not be the solution to the challenge but will not deteriorate the situation.
  • Hygiene has to be practiced for both mind and body
  • Drink 100 ml to 150 ml of water each time for several times, through the day to have urine at-least 8 times in a day. This helps to set bladder integrity for the night rest of the kidneys that in turn can rest pineal and pituitary gland.
  • Tap water baths on empty stomach, twice a day for good thermal regulation of the system
  • Being on a simple carb diet (SCD) for a day or 2 and taking a break from feeding channels is helpful to relax the system. We can make it a periodic event or observe it on the days, following the days on which we have overloaded the system by over eating or eating too many complicated ingredients.
